Last week Emma went on a field trip with her class. It was a long all-day activity. They had to be to the school at 6:45
AM and didn't get back until 5:30
PM. She had so much fun though. Since he's never been on one of her field trips with her (I have been on many), Eric decided it would be fun to take the day off work and go with her. I was so happy they had this fun day together.
There were several activities they did while at this camp. They started off learning a few outdoor survival skills, including making a fire. They were also able to pet and hold several different animals, go horseback riding, do some leather working, and do a team building exercise. Lunch was provided in the middle of the day. What a fun day though! And the weather was perfect for them to be outside.

I love how goofy Emma is. Not sure why she's making the
face she is, but I love everything about it! |
 |
| In case you can't tell, that's a ferret she's holding. |
 |
| Love her cute little feet. This one was taken for my sister though. She knows why. ;) |

| Leather working. |
 |
| She made a bookmark. One of the options was adding stripes, which she obviously did. |

Team building exercise. They had to all get across the rope swing. Part of
this including figuring out how to reach the rope which was hanging in
the middle. If any of the kids couldn't get across, they all had to start over. |
