Back Seat Driver
Recently Eric decided to teach Emma about red and green lights and what each means. At first it was really cute hearing her say "stop mommy" or "go mommy" at every light. Now she is saying it (chanting really) in between lights and as I approach a light and wants me to stop much more frequently and doesn't understand that when a light is red I still need to drive up to it rather than stopping half block away. She is a back seat driver in the making. Thank you Eric.

Jace does that too. But his is much worse, and he got it from me telling Casey to go around a slow car or change lanes or when we need to turn. He has gotten pretty bossy in the car and it drives Casey nuts. Oops.
We have created a similar monster, except we have gotten Emily to say "Turn Green", "Get out of Daddy's way" and "Green Means Go!".
That girl makes me laugh!! I love you!!
